Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking educational leader? We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Attitudes to join our School Leadership Team (SLT). Under the direction of the Principal and or the Vice Principals, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and academic success of our academy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Leadership & Communication: Lead by example, managing middle leaders and pastoral staff to foster a positive school culture.
✅ Teaching, Learning & Assessment: Contribute to the continuous development of high-quality teaching practices and assessment strategies.
